A $10 million investment, developed sustainable "Energy and Water Utility" infrastructure in Dakhla-Oasis over a 2,200 acres as phase1 out of 15,000 acres awarded. The project is reducing CO2 emissions by 1,700 tons EQ/YR, reducing cost of energy and water by 75%, producing 15 million M3 of water annually, and generating 126.5 gigawatt/hour of green energy yield over the project's lifetime.

A $7 million investment, developing the "Sustainable-Agro-Village and Entrepreneurship Park (SAVE)", as an "Independent-Power-and-Water-Producer (IPWP)" for 20 years in Moghra-Oasis over a 230 acres, leveraging "Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)" model. The project is reducing CO2 emissions by 1,700 tons EQ/YR, reducing cost of energy and water by 75%, and producing 730,000 M3 of green desalinated water annually for irrigation.
